I see how wrong this all looks but, in reality, all possessions & wealth gained throughout a lifetime,no matter how much, are not owned, but held as a custodian, whilst on earth. How hard it must be to leave it all behind, on the day of reckoning , and fall amongst the lower ranks.

If you borrow 500,000 from a bank, you owe it to the bank; but when you borrow 5 billion from a bank, then the bank owes you!

I believe these examples of blatant disrespect for our republic and rule of law continue to bring us closer to the edge of our ultimate destruction as a country. I would love to hear your thoughts on the top priorities that could potential help reverse our course. Is it term limits? Campaign finance reform? Thoroughly enjoyed Grant Williams podcast!!!

No so... The US of A is already balkanized beyond repair. All that remains is that the shooting starts for real. The violence and the riots following BLM and George Floyd did not reach the gun-tooting red states. But when it does... Kaboom. The collapsing economy may well be the spark that ignites the whole pile of built-up anger. Super rich people like Robert Kaplan don't much care however. They always have enough money, flacks, flunkies and private security to weather any storm.

The only positive sum way that the masses can reestablish balance is to use what's left of the international marketplace & subsume the ill-gotten wealth through monetary inversion. Displace USD & reprice all assets in a new unit of account.
